• Once an order is confirmed with a restaurant, cancellation may not be possible.

4. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, restaurant preparation time, or other factors.

5. Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed once food preparation has started.

6. Limitation of Liability

EatGo is not liable for:

• Food quality issues (handled by the restaurant)
• Allergic reactions or dietary issues
• Delays beyond reasonable control

7. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or block users who abuse the platform.
